Williams Creek Painted Kitchen
A painted inset kitchen carried through to the office, laundry and a stained lounge on the same floor.
Curly maple has a shimmer that moves as you walk past it, and pairing it with acid-etched brass gives the room two surfaces that both change under the light. It is a deliberately showy combination for a space whose whole job is entertaining.
The same project included a painted kitchen elsewhere in the house, kept quieter so the bar could be the piece that stands out.
